Yearly Lesson Schedule:
Our schedule is broken down to mirror the local schools. We have Fall term, Spring term and Summer term.
Vacations:
We do not have lessons during the following scheduled local (Oakdale) school vacations:
*Thanksgiving Week
*Christmas/ New Year
*Spring Break
Other Observed Holidays (No scheduled lessons):
*Monday, May 23- Memorial Day
*Monday, July 4th
*Monday, Sept 5- Labor Day
During the summer, I still hold weekly lessons. Schedules can be accommodated for earlier lesson times.
Payment:
I am flexible about when lesson payments are due. For some families, it's easier to pay on the first of the month for the month; other families prefer to pay each week. We can decide together what works best for you.
Missed Lessons:
If the student is unable to attend a lesson, I allow 2 make up lessons per term. Payments for missed lessons are still expected. If there are more missed lessons, I do not offer make ups. At this point, we consider whether or not lessons will be continued.
If there will be a long absense (such as a family vacation) or if there is extended illness, and arrangements are made, I will not charge for those missed weeks.
